Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ASO Task collects, why we use it, and the choices available to account holders.

Last updated: July 28, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the ASO Task website, account features, task workflows, evidence review, referrals, and payout services (the “Service”). ASO Task is the controller of information collected directly through the Service.

2. Information we collect

  • Google account information: your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image when provided through Google OAuth.
  • Account and identity information: legal name, date of birth, country, region, account role, and verification status when needed for payouts or account review.
  • Task activity: claimed tasks, progress, submitted notes, timestamps, review outcomes, reward history, and referral relationships.
  • Task evidence: screenshots and other proof you choose to upload, including device model, operating-system version, and storefront context shown in that evidence.
  • Payout information: payout method details, requests, status, transaction references, and records needed for accounting and dispute handling.
  • Technical and safety data: IP address, browser and device signals, required session cookies, request logs, evidence hashes, fraud indicators, and signed app-verification results.

3. Google user data

We use Google OAuth only to authenticate you, maintain account security, and associate your ASO Task history with one account. We request basic identity scopes such as openid, email, and profile. We do not read Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or post content to your Google account.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising.

4. How we use information

  • Create, authenticate, and protect accounts.
  • Present eligible tasks and record task participation.
  • Review evidence, detect duplicate or manipulated submissions, and resolve disputes.
  • Calculate rewards, review payout requests, and maintain financial records.
  • Operate referrals, customer support, auditing, monitoring, and service recovery.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably necessary with infrastructure, private-storage, authentication, payment, security, and support providers that process information for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse, or to protect users, the Service, and third parties.

6. Storage and retention

Data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, review tasks, process payouts, prevent repeat abuse, meet accounting or legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by record type. Deleting an account does not require us to delete transaction, security, or dispute records that we must retain for legitimate legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, private object storage, signed verification requests, audit records, and operational monitoring. No system is completely secure, so users should also protect their Google account and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.

8. Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. You can revoke ASO Task’s Google access from your Google Account permissions at any time; revocation ends future Google sign-in access but does not automatically erase records already required for security, payouts, or legal compliance.

9. Age requirement

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the Service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised date. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@58jianzhi.com.
